BIONUTRIENT TEST

Intrinsic Analytics’ Metabolomic Platform assesses and analyses metabolites that play a critical role in metabolic pathways and helps provide a “real time snapshot” of your health. Our Metabolomic Platform harnesses the power of Metabolomics, the emerging technology that holds promise in personalized medicine and disease prevention.

Intrinsic Analytics’ Metabolomic Platform is a unique, comprehensive, multiplex platform that offers two tests for metabolite analysis.

Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test

Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test is a multiplex assay that provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of 26 metabolites (vitamins and minerals) that play a key role in  human health. Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test is a Laboratory developed test (LDT).

Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test detects metabolites (vitamins, minerals) produced by the cells as part of the building and breakdown of larger molecules. The test uses the gold standard analytical technique Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry to detect the metabolite levels. The reported metabolite levels serve as a real time snapshot of your metabolic health and serves as a baseline for an individual’s metabolic health.

It is important to note, Intrinsic Analytics’ Metabolomic test is not a diagnostic test. It does not diagnose disease. However, it is a powerful tool designed to provide the individual with bioinformation that can guide them to take measures that can help with disease prevention.

How is Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test different from others?

Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test is a comprehensive multiplex assay for metabolite analysis of nutritional status. The test results will provide you with a snapshot of the current status of all the metabolites.

Intrinsic Analytics’ BioNutrient Test is different from other available options as:

  • The test uses a single vial versus 13 vials of blood (sample collection)
  • Less invasive, less number of appointments needed and therefore reduces strain on the healthcare system
  • Provides a baseline for metabolites of interest and guides you to optimize the intake of vitamins and minerals for better health
  • Personalized meaningful results that quantifies metabolite of interest and provides a benchmark to adjust an individual’s vitamin intake to optimize their health
  • Sustainable and environment friendly
  • Test results from regular monitoring will help us provide unique comprehensive database with potential diagnostic biomarkers for different chronic and disease areas
  • Address the differences in nutrient assessment profiles for different demographics
  • Database built over the time will help address key research questions, better understand interdependent biological pathways and disease progression.
