Our Registered Dietitian will assess your current dietary status and design a personalized action plan to fit your lifestyle and improve your overall health and well-being.
Nutritional Consultations Services
Initial Assessment and consultation (60 minutes) At this one-on-one appointment, your medical history, recent lab work (if necessary), weight history and dietary habits will be reviewed. We will discuss recommendations for improvement, nutritional goals, assess learning needs, begin diet education and set up an action plan.
Follow-up Nutrition counseling (30 minutes) Follow-up visits are utilized to assess progress and provide reliable nutrition information that can improve your health. Nutritional goals will be reviewed and your diet plan will be updated accordingly. These sessions are very important to keep you on track by providing accountability, motivation, and assistance. The knowledge and skills you develop will continue to move you towards your goals and improve you overall health and lifestyle.
